DTAPA requires specific dancewear and shoes for all classes, creating a neat and professional atmosphere for our students. Please see our office to ensure you purchase the correct items. Dancewear can be purchased through us for your convenience.

CLASS ATTIRE & DRESS CODE
All students must wear their hair off of neck and away from face for all classes.
It is mandatory that ballet students wear their hair in a bun.
All students are required to wear a Black leotard, any style.

PLEASE CONFIRM ALL DANCE WEAR NEEDS WITH YOUR INSTRUCTOR!!!

CREATIVE MOVEMENT I & II
Black Leotard, pink tights, BLOCH brand full sole pink ballet shoes and So Danca brand tan tap shoe. No skirts please.

BALLET/ TAP COMBINATION
Black Leotard, pink tights, BLOCH brand full sole pink ballet shoes and So Danca brand tan tap shoe. . No skirts please.

BALLET/ TAP/JAZZ COMBINATION
Black Leotard, pink tights, BLOCH brand full sole or split sole pink ballet shoes, Bloch brand tan jazz bootie, and Bloch brand tan buckle tap shoe. . No skirts please.

BALLET CLASS
Black leotard, pink tights, BLOCH brand full sole or split sole pink ballet shoes, ballet skirt and/or fitted dance shorts.

JAZZ CLASS
Black leotard, pink, tan, or black tights optional, BLOCH brand tan gore bootie, fitted dance shorts or dance pants are optional.

TAP CLASS
Black leotard, pink, tan, or black tights optional, BLOCH brand black tap bootie, fitted dance shorts or dance pants are optional.

LYRICAL
Leotard, tights, fitted dance shorts or dance skirt (optional), BLOCH brand tan gore boot.

BALLET/POINTE
Black leotard, pink tights, BLOCH brand split sole ballet shoe, ballet skirt or ballet warm-ups only (optional) Hair must be in a bun for ballet class.

HIP-HOP
Loose fitting street wear or dance wear (absolutely no jeans or shorts!) BLOCH brand black dance sneaker.

MODERN
Leotard, convertible tights, fitted dance shorts or dance pants (optional) barefoot.

Mommy and Me
Mothers/Guardian - Black Stretch wear please(no jeans). Black Ballet shoes suggested. Girls - Pink leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes.
